Baked Lemons

Lemons stuffed with roasted artichokes, Rosa tomatoes, anchovies, fresh basil and topped with cream cheese.  

Roasted in the oven and served with toast

 

Courgette Flowers

Battered and fried served with parmesan, lemon juice and fresh herbs

 

Viskoekies!  

Very traditional and made with snoek.  Pan fried and served with caramelized sweet potato

and coriander pineapple sambal

 

Lamb Hearts

Slow cooked and refried in olive oil.  Served with a beetroot chutney and toast

 

Seafood Ceviche

Prawns, baby patagonica, mussels and fresh oyster, naturally cooked in lemon juice served with guacamole, baby rosa tomatoes, chilli, fresh coriander, basil and watercress.

 

Salad Bar Bar

With fresh green asparagus, duck eggs, olives, capers, cucumber with home made roasted fennel and garlic mayo

 

 

White chocolate cheesecake with fresh strawberries, gooseberries and blueberries
